Santander

I’m pretty sure everyone who reads this looks at my flickr, but if you don’t, you should look at it. I’ve been putting a lot of photos from my summertime journey to Spain & Germany on there.
I took this photo at 3 or 4 in the morning when Marisol and I traveled up to Santander for a weekend we had off between camps. We looked and looked but couldn’t find a hostel to stay in for the second night because it was some sort of festival for the weekend. We stashed our bags at the bus station and got ready for a night on the town. I remember I had just finished talking with my family (because it was about 6 o’clock or so in Seattle) and Marisol had just finished talking with her mom too. After that she pretty much crashed. We spent most of the night drinking in the main square with two British guys we’d met. At around 3 o’clock we walked them back to their hotel and went it alone in the streets. We just waited in front of the train station until about 5:30 when it opened so we could go in somewhere warm. I only brought one pair of shorts and no sweatshirt because I thought it was going to be sunny.
I think that’s about all I have to say about this photo. It might cool to take some photos from Spain and put them up here and talk a bit more about them in detail, what do you think?
